I'm preparing my house for sale and needed maximum impact on appearance for my dollar. Trent put down all-new hardwood flooring and stained it to match the rest of my house. He repainted every surface, including the painful job of stripping latex painted over oil. He even went and found a great guy that refinish the original cast iron bathtub and left it looking like a brand new tub. Finally he sourced and installed custom shutters on the outside of the house to liven up the outside of the property.

After being hit by the floods last year we worked with Trent and his team to renovate our basement. We extended the bathroom and the layout of the furnace/laundry room. Trent's original quoted price did not change (except where we made some changes to original plan). His team are hard working, polite and respectful of the house while they work in it. His tiling guys in particular were amazing. We now have a bathroom that gets gasps when people see the transformation.

When we bought our house, every window needed replacing. We went to Pella and they set us up with a sales person who came round and did a full inspection of the house. At that time we replaced the French doors as well so everything matched. Not only did everything arrive on time, but everything was exactly right size and the entire installation completed without issue. The windows are easy to maintain and clean. They also keep the noise down, which is important as we live on a fairly busy street.

Trevor and his team gave us a prompt, accurate quote and delivered exactly what they promised. His team were friendly, efficient and tidy. We have since called him back for some smaller jobs and he's always managed to fit us in - even when we asked him to setup all the electric for our hot tub on what turned out to be one of the coldest days of the year. Mark came to repair our seriously damaged and uneven steps and a short wall that had collapsed. His team worked hard and kept good care of the surrounding plants and flowers and left everything looking immaculate. Two years on everything still looks great.

The entire thing was done in 3 days and looks fantastic. They took great care working around some features in the garden (a grape vine and existing stone patio that the steps from the deck led down to). Ryan is a great guy to work with and easily accommodated a change that we asked for on the day he started. I have no hesitation recommending Just Deck It.

The guys from North Shore turned up around 9 and were done by 3. They ripped out all the old eavestroughs and put in shiny new ones. We got 2 rain barrels as well. They did a walk round with us first to confirm exact placement details and cleared up every trace of debris at the end. Very friendly, they even added in a couple of tiny sections that had been missed off the quote for no extra charge. Would not hesitate in recommending them.
