We bought this home from the original owners. We had issues where in the winter my daughters room is only 10 degrees with the heat on, and today we had a severe roof leak which the water is going between the walls. This has been happening for some, and we only now realized as the water is pooling on our ceiling. Also we have floors in our bedroom that feel broken. Poor construction. The roofer said a roof this old should not have issues like this. Things were not sealed properly, and the shingles are shot. Do not buy a Jayman home.

I called a couple other companies and had some reasonable quotes on an alarm system. I called Vivint and was very happy with what was offered to me. I was looking for a high tech, friendly company who can install quickly. Joey came out of a Saturday and installed all of our state of the art equipment for $300.00. With the upfront money I saved, I was able to pay for one year monitoring. All of this cost less than the competitors upfront install and equipment cost. They were very friendly and took their time with the install, making sure I understood everything. It is true that the monitoring cost is more expensive and that is why they did not get 10 stars, but the two way communication and touch screen panel is what I really enjoy. I know the company went through some rebranding, but it worked. Awesome customer service, great system and an honest appraisal for what you need. I would recommend them any day. I called another company who came out and told us we needed a new cable, motor etc....We just had a bent panel from me backing out before the door was all the way open. Minor damage and I did not even pop a screw. Called Stampede Overhead doors, Mark and his associate came out and said I just needed a quick fix. They put on a few new brackets, and the door works fine! Very honest reliable and will use them again ANYTIME! Thank you Stampede Overhead Doors LTD>
