I called a couple other companies and had some reasonable quotes on an alarm system. I called Vivint and was very happy with what was offered to me. I was looking for a high tech, friendly company who can install quickly. Joey came out of a Saturday and installed all of our state of the art equipment for $300.00. With the upfront money I saved, I was able to pay for one year monitoring. All of this cost less than the competitors upfront install and equipment cost. They were very friendly and took their time with the install, making sure I understood everything. It is true that the monitoring cost is more expensive and that is why they did not get 10 stars, but the two way communication and touch screen panel is what I really enjoy. I know the company went through some rebranding, but it worked. Awesome customer service, great system and an honest appraisal for what you need. I would recommend them any day.
