Ordered a dumpster via the Junk It website 2 days before for the duration of a week. I love how the website is easy to use and allows you to plan when and where it will be dropped off. It promptly arrived at 10 am on the day of delivery. The driver was nice enough to warn me about damage to trees. He was careful enough to place it and not cause any damage to the trees! This is the second time I have used this service and they have always delivered and picked up on time! Very happy with the service and will use again.

Everyone I dealt with was very understanding and helpful. Even though this was a smaller job then they normally do, they managed to help me out. I had one window that was installed by the previous owner of the house and it leaked ever since installation. Naturally it molded the wood around it. I cleaned it out and called GTA windows for help. When I explained what happened he gave me a rough estimate eon the phone. He showed up later THAT DAY and gave me the quote and I gave him the deposit. Even though I was in Brampton, he still made his way here. Once the windows were in, the installers came as soon as they could and installed them with incredible skill. If it was not for the occasional drill sound I would not have known they were here! Very polite, courteous and respectable company to deal with. Through all my dealings with other contractors on various other projects, i was really impressed on the response time for a quote. The aluminum work done around the windows was FLAWLESS as well. You can definitely tell the installers take pride in their work! Thanks again GTA windows! Will call again!

My experience with Arrow Furniture in Brampton has been pretty awful. I ordered a reclining couch and love seat that totaled 2000 after i negotiated the price a little (I saved the tax, thats it). I asked about return policy and was told once its in hand its 30 percent to return. Fine. Atleast it was honest. I got home and found out that it would not fit in the room. I went in within 10 days and was told all sales final. The delivery was for "Approx. end of June. That came and went and no one could tell me when it would arrive. After speaking with the manager and then the district manager, I was granted my deposit as an in store credit. i went in days later. Negotiated a new price on a different couch. Explained I had an in-store credit from previous canceled purchase. I was then told by the store manager that because it is a "re-selection" that I would have to pay an extra 50 dollars and they would not honor the deal. She said she called head office to get it authorized and they would not. Funny part is....I watched her and she never picked up the phone. After a long argument I was told "oh come on its just 50 dollars extra". Exactly, they should have swallowed the cost for the customer service.I am already buying a more expensive couch then the first one and I am being penalized for having an in store credit. Once I pointed that out, I was told "ok 25 then". Seriously? I paid the extra 25 purely based on the fact that I was sick of arguing with these people. I read the previous posters message about warranty. When I asked them when I was buying the couch, they said they would deal with it. I will never go back. Stay Away.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Don't penalize customers for having an in-store credit. Don't not make a deal because you know I HAVE to spend atleast my deposit there. Lighten the return policy if the customer hasn't even RECEIVED the product.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
All furniture places are like used car dealerships. I looked for months to find what I wanted and eventually bought and every placed that I went was shady. You CAN negotiate the price and don't take the first price they give you. they will always do better the second or third time.
