The store had the most unique styles I had seen, the quality of the product was above expectations, however, the staff and installers were rude and unprofessional. Next time around I would buy their product, which is why they get a 3 out of 10, and find an outside contractor to lay the flooring.

Darren and Ryan came in and were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to save me money, even though it was more work for them. I would highly recommend them and Reliance.
