My house had 10 new windows put in, for a cost of $16,000. One on window the screens keep falling out - on the slightest steady breeze. On another window the hinges were torn right out of the bottom and the lock lever has snapped off. These windows were 6 years old when I contacted the company to report these issue, but I was told they were no longer under warranty. I guess they must believe the lifespan on these windows is low (5 years) - I certainly believe that now.

I hired this company to move an elliptical from Canmore to calgary. They delivered it as per schedule and for a great price. I did have to disassemble the unit some so that they could maneuver it into the basement and this required a return trip for them and some extra money from me. I would hire them again but I would be more specific on where the items need to be delivered to, so time could be built in for disassembling instead of making two trips. Also, these guys need to use moving belts or they will end up breaking their backs taking heavy loads down stairs.
