Like anyother consumer we went through numerous companies offering window replacements. We even signed a contract with a leading window service provider, but than got a chance to meet Mike. He gave us a great price as we were looking to replace all the windows (there were about 16+1 patio door). He gave a nice demo and explained his products in great detail and more importantly how his stuff was better than his main competitor. Having gone through a number of such presentations and done our own research, we realised what we could get from Brock. The windows arrived on time and were implemented with great finesse by Tony. If you get a chance ask for Tony to put in the windows. He is really really good. Efficient, detailed and real pro. Does the job with diligence. Takes all our questions with patience and explains them really well. Communication is key as he and his team explained and took all our questions. At the end , we were quite pleased with the way the entire process worked out. I Would use the same vendor if I had to do it for another home as also recommend him to any one who is interested to get their windows done. Great job done. Now just got to wait for the winters to see some energy savings.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- 1. Make sure you get atleast 5-7 quotes. It really helps to see the range of quotations that companies throw out. 2. Visit the showroom . It gives a great sense of what to expect 3. Go in for wall to wall change. The incremental cost is small vs the benefit 4. Most companies offer a nice discount if you sign up on the first day. Most of them have a refund policy (10 days or like), so even if you sign up with one, and you get a better deal later on,you can cancel the other and get a refund (We did the same). It helps if you drop names and amounts to bargain with the other players and have a contract to show as a bargaining chip.
