Had my roof done in less than 10 years, still under warranty. Everything was good until problems with the roof. Don't want to fix, the mgr kevin will never call you back. Stay away from this company!!!
This guy is knowledgeable. I had 2 companies coming to solve the problem & the problem still existed. He solved it in 15 min. Not worth the aggravation to call somebody else. You have my business from now on!
Had my driveway done almost 3y ago along with few neighbours on the same street and after last winter got a big crack (whole) on one side of my driveway. The person who sold me a job mentioned many times that the driveway will last min. 5 years, but if I would ever have a problem before 5 years, King York will make sure it will be corrected, there's nothing like having happy customers and referrals. Well since beginning of April 2010 called King York many times: talked to Angelo few times and there's nothing he can do. Left messages for the boss, Ray, but he didn't even bother to call me back - waited for some kind of solution. I am an easy going person, but not to even return the call from the owner that's pretty low. DON'T USE KING YORK. If you'll have a problem it will not be fixed, it seems they're only after quantity not quality.
I would like to recomand Alfa Airworks for any air condition jobs/service you may have. Very proffesional, on time, explains in deatail the whole process. The technician was Barry, he took his time to explain different options of air conditions, gov. rebates, etc... offered different solutions. Strongly suggest to call ALFA....Daniele from Milton
