Tanya did and excellent job of refinishing a very dark bathroom vanity to a light cream colour. Even my very picky son was unable to find a flaw with her work. In addition to the great job, Tanya and her staff were delightful to have in my home, such a positive attitude and great attention to detail. I thought my vacuum lines were plugged as no suction. Scott from AL's within a few seconds said he believed a pipe was broken and not plugged. He checked all outlets elimiting the obvious then into the attic. He SA immediately what was wron, a contractor who recently worked on a bathroom Reno had broken a pipe. Scott had the part needed to fix this and had it working perfectly in short order. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to buy or for a repair. They are honest and straightforward and above all else a real pleasure to do business with. Thanks Scott appreciated what you did for me.

My experience with this company was not positive. The overall work was just ok however the plumbing unfortunately did not meet the plumbing code. End result is all has to be taken out again and start over so very expensive lesson for me not to mention the stress. I am now searching for a new contractor.

I had an urgent need to have a burst tank replaced. Global plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. He insisted he come that eveing to at least remove the old tank and arrived promptly the next morning with the replacement and had everything up and running in and hour or so. I first contacted this co to replace the downspouts. Donnie gave me a quote and they completed the work to my complete satisfaction. Since then we have developed a leak in the hidden Gutter system. Trevor has repaired this for me. In both cases I found these employees as well as the others from Precision who have attended to my issues to be very credible and all of the work has been done to my complete satisfaction. What is more important to me is the after sale service provided by this company at not additional cost to me when in fact there could have been a cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
