Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Both the technicians were very friendly, they explained all l needed to know. My furnace is old so they also spent time explaining my options available to replace my unit. The work completed was covered under an annual maintenance plan. Having that plan saved me what could have been an expensive repair.

Putting a recommendation on my Facebook page shortly. Guys arrived early, very pleasant, nothing too heavy, too big a deal, too awkward or in a weird place. Just what I was looking for and all at the right price.
