Good experience from beginning to end. Consultant came out in the fall to review our situation - his assessment was in line with other companies. Gave us install options including pros & cons for each approach. While we couldn't get the work scheduled until after winter, they offered up some free work in the winter to ensure our safety. Scheduling was clean (even through our current COVID situation), with a good level of communication throughout. The team that did the work was respectful of my neighbours and my property, and were generally a good group of guys. They left the job site clean and removed the bin promptly. I would recommend Toro for any roofing job.

We chose The Waterproofer after reviewing several quotes due to the breadth of knowledge, options provided, quote transparency, and generally affable personality of the owner. The team was professional and friendly throughout the job, the foreman was a great communicator, and Steve the owner visited the site everyday, and was always available by phone or email within an hour (but usually within 15 minutes).
