The workmanship was excellent. The installers were very thorough and professional in their work. After looking at a couple of companies, we picked Platinum because the price was very reasonable, and because of the guarantee of the work and materials. Jim and Maggie were very helpful. It was nice to see that Gus dropped by to make sure everything was ok with us. I would highly recommend them.

After I ordered a new washer, the delivery company said that they could not remove the old washer without taking it apart, (which they refused to do), I called Rid Of It, and within an hour they were able to removed the old machine without dismantling it. Very professional and friendly.

Recently we had a new roof put on our home. I found that the service provided was prompt and friendly. The quote was dead on with no hidden extras. They even installed more more vents than they quoted me. They completed the job within a day, in a very professional manner. When they left they cleaned up thoroughly, the place was spotless. I would highly recommend this company.
