I called Superior Closets for a quote on Tuesday and mentioned that we would be out of town the following week so it would be ideal to have someone come in the same week if possible. I realized that this was short notice but Yair called me a few hours later and came to our condo after his last appointment of the day. He took his time to explain his design and recommendations and did not rush through the meeting. He was thoughtful and considered our personal closet needs. We chatted and I could tell he was not just giving us a standard drawing for a condo closet. At the end of the appointment, I did not feel pressured to sign (unlike how I felt when I was quoted by another custom closet company). I called him the day after and let him know that we would like to go ahead with the closets. He said that he could send an installer as soon as the next day. The installer was punctual and completed the job much quicker than anticipated. We are incredibly happy with the closets and are so relieved to have everything organized and to be using our space much more efficiently. Before going with Superior Closets, we had looked into getting a standard closet system from a retailer but are so happy that we went with a custom closet - the convenience and quality outweighed the small amount of money that we would have saved. I would highly recommend Yair and Superior Closets if you're looking to instal custom closets. Their service is incredible and their products are of high quality.
