It all came down to customer service and communication, After emailing Drainworks to set up an appointment, I received a phone call 5 minutes after pressing send. William then proceeded to schedule my apointment and followed up at least 5 times to confirm their schedule. A live person makes a big difference whenit comes to response times. They sent Lou a great technician who cleared the blockage with a 35 ft pipe snake and was upfront about the charges and the estimate. I appreciate the honesty and recommendations for maintenance. A great service for anyone in Etobicoke. hopefully we wont need them again but would reccomend them to anyone.

Dont bother to sign up with a company which states on their invoices,but not on their advertising flyers, " FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE SERVICE WILL CONTINUE FROM SEASON TO SEASON" especially if you choose to prepay, and then want to cancel. not worth the hassle. its almost as bad as trying to cancel a gym membership, only to find out that they will continue to bill you after you prepaid the whole year. go with spring masters intead and pay when the service is done. their after sales service is great when you are a client of theirs, but as soon as you decide to cancel one of their programs and go a la carte they treat you like garbage. I was insulted by Patricia whom acknowledged that we prepaid our yearly fee, and then had the balls to tell me that we did not request to discontinue the service after the term we requested to pay for. And to make it worse, when I asked to speak with the owner, patricia tried to tell me that the owner wouldn't want to discuss the situation with me. I hate it when employees try to give me the opinion of the owners without directly speaking to them first.. i'm going email them this review, and then ask to speak with the owner Lorraine Van Haastrecht and see if this is the way they intend to do business with past and present clients going forward. And if it is i'm going to blacklist them and ensure my whole neighborhood, and the virtual online community knows, so that hopefully they do not treat potential or existing clients like they treated us. Dr green.. are you really a Doctor? or is that another joke... just like your claim to excellent customer service.. no convenience at all!
