Although our job was small by the company's standards we felt that our business was valued. When Sam came to measure and quote the job he was very helpful with advice that allowed me to save some money by removing the old materials and prepping the walls myself. When we called to let them know that we were ready for installation they made arrangements which worked with our time constraints. The installation of the new moulding was done quickly and cleanly and after allowing adequate drying time I was able to paint with very little additional prep needed.

When we met Dov at the Home Show we were impressed by his thoughtful questions and the time he spent with us. When we visited the showroom he spent a lot of time making sure that we knew the product options and pros and cons. We were there for a couple hours and never felt rushed. The process for measurement ordering and material delivery all went smoothly and we were kept informed at all stages. The installation crew arrived punctually and worked very efficiently and cleanly, finishing in less than a day. In all our interactions Invision staff were positive and professional and we were treated as if ours was an important job although it was small for them. Thanks!
