Having purchased our house in 1998 we were told a that our roof would require a full replacement, not just an added layer, after many temporary repairs we decided to take the plunge. We did call three different companies and found Canadian Roofing Company the most informative. Jason talked us through the whole process in great detail and had the answers to all our questions. He left a quote and even encouraged us to shop around. What we found was that other roofing companies were not as informative, did not suggest things as Jason had, such as, removing an antenna and non- functioning chimney (included in our quote). A company even required a 50% deposit to get started. Our concern was primary the wood boards, after years of neglect we thought the would be a large portion that had rotted. Canadian Roofing's quote built-in an 50ft allotment for the roof boards where other companies did not and would charge accordingly once the job started.

Once the job had started, the various crews we courteous, fast, tidy and very well aware our neighbours, meeting all the was discussed, quoted and our expectations. The quote came in to the penny (no surprise charges). And finally, they take you up to the roof to inspect their job.
