Service means nothing. I have been trying to make contact, telephone says they work 10-6. If they have closed be honest and say so, disconnect telephone or answer the phone. I need a paint stick (black apple) and air leakage under one door remedied. L. Ockenden
We previously purchased an a/c and was extremely satisfied with installation and service when needed. We decided to purchase the furnace, however we have had difficulty with installation (an extra unnecessary hole was drilled in the exterior wall) and service. I was last told I would get a call from the install department to arrange service (that was two weeks ago). My YORK furnace is very loud and I find that very annoying for a new 'quiet' high-efficency furnace. have kept our old furnace -but it had aged out.
