You can tell how professional they are from the moment you schedule the appointment. They arrived in time, very polite and friendly, took their shoes off, and took the time to explain in details the cleaning process. They taught us a lot related to the vents, furnace, ducts, and filters. They finished the job in time. They were very careful with the floors, and making sure nothing is damaged.
