We had lost some bricks during a structural repair and having the lowest quote .. we were pleased with the service and called them back to quote on another job..

Thanks to Chris he was able to close in holes in the attic which had been exposed by my neighbors construction. He came in assessed the situation - made a number of suggestions and got to work. This is the first morning in months we have not had dancing critters in the attic!

We had 2 other engineers out before Ken. They were scarred of our home built in 1887 which leaned 8" top to bottom. Ken and his team came in and created a plan to fit our circumstance and were always available for questions and revisions when needed. I have recomended them many times since our project concluded.

We had hired another firm to completly gut and rebuild our home as it needed to be re-structured (it was built in 1882). We were not satisfied with how they finished the first floor so we brought Cale and his crew in to finish the 2nd floor. They found solutions to work around the poor finishing of the first team.. ripped out the 5 layers of old floors and leveled them (in some places they were 6" out). They then leveled the walls... which was no easy undertaking as we were out 8" from top to bottom. Installed: * bathroom - all fixtures * kitchen - installation * plumbing * pipe to hide wiring in living room * pocket and sliding doors * windows x 2 * attic hatch * baseboards & moldings * tile * attic party wall (cathedral ceiling) * hot water rad installation The works! They cleaned up after themselves everyday - inside and out. Were very pleasant to work with! Were avalable when they said they would be and brought in trades when needed (hardwood installers, heating & tilers). They were also accomodating with the trades I brought in and using supplies I picked up. Cale chekced in to make sure we were happy by following up with phone calls.

I have rented 'son' for various projects and jobs around the house and at work from packing, moving, garage clean-up, yard work, furniture moving, demolition. I have always felt the 'sons' were ready willing and able to complete the work quickly and efficiently.

We had Kevin in to help us with our mouse problem and he was very through - going through house from top to bottom... It has been 4 months and we have not seen evidence of any mice! Thank you!

We had a complete home inspection. The rep failed to note that our exterior walls were out 8" from base to 2nd floor and our neighbors exterior was visably bowing - aproximatly 1.5'. We needed to have a structural engineer secure our house so the neighbors would not pull it down. In the basement our electrician asked why do you have comercial electrical in your home - this was never noted. We needed to completly rewire the house. Our bathroom was in need of a 'face lift' we found extreme mosture - (i asked him to bring out the moisture tool and he said it was old) we could wring the moisure out of the sub-floor. He called our house a 'gem'... Well we are 6 months into structural repairs and have yet to move in. 80K spent so far.. which is a far cry from the 15K he said would be needed for repairing the deck and sm roof over the kitchen. Stay clear!

They rovided a quote and with an aproximate start date - and were able to start as promised. They arrived and removed existing plumbing, installed acording to plans. They discovered our stack was not connected and were able to tie everything in without any additional expense. The team was professional and the service was good.

I hired the team after some great recomendations from a collegue (she had had him back for numerous projects as well as both her neighbors. He went on to do a project at my work with great flexibility of schedule and circumstance. Their team came in demolished my deck and concrete pad, then over the next 5 days they built the deck to my specifications. It turned out better than I had imagined. The team cleaned daily at the end of every work day.
