An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have purchased hardwood flooring from the Carpet Palace and I'm very pleased with the professional level of service I have received, my floors look amazing and I will recommend anyone to this place and I will be back to purchase more flooring when I'm ready. The flooring was reasonable priced and also George called me after the floors were done to make sure I was satsified, It really does feel good when you are looked after. Way to go guys you have gained a new customer for life and I have already recommended a few to your store.
