We have a walkout basement and got the upper level deck done in phase I and the stairs was phase II, both with Hickory Dickory Decks. We are highly impressed by the workmanship and quality of both and have received countless compliments from friends, family & neighbours. This was one of the few construction projects in our home where we didn't have to question or feel anxious about the process or final product. The process itself was smooth, few workers were involved, they were in and out without a bother and left the place spotless. Detailed computerized diagrams were made at the onset of the project, the contract was adhered to overall and the payment schedule was fair. Best of all, our contact for phase II was Steve Hall who was very patient with our high expectations, he maintained ongoing communication and made frequent visits to ensure we were satisfied. He is a very down to earth, reasonable and pleasant salesperson to deal with. We are loving our 'low maintenance' deck…thank you Hickory!
