They are brilliant. They offer a one year warranty but they never have to return because they do the job right on their first visit, and the problem is solved almost right-away and remains solved for long after the warranty period is over. Thank you thank you thank you so very much.
They came on time, installed the GFI's, were polite, and though they seemed expensive, I had just bought the house and was relieved to get a reference from a neighbor, so I could hire someone known. Montana has a good reputation among two of the neighbors I've spoken with.
leak in the rad, and toilet overflow
showed up for emergency problem right away during working hours on a weekday. very nice, very polite, very professional. for the rad, three of them showed up together -- jim, mike, and another guy -- and they were prompt, discussed the issue together, etc. this made me feel safer as it's always better when great minds put their heads together to identify the right solution and discuss it before implementing it.
