Compressor failed on a high end fridge after 10 years of faithful services. Three weeks later i'm told thatT/A forgot to put the order in for a new compressor... no apologies... So i called waterloo appliance and got the part in 24hrs ( even though compressor no longer made). 48 hrs later the part was replaced by a very courteous, professional and meticulous repair man ( ask for Joe). Impressive. I Highly recommend them. For me its great service. 5stars. Richard
