Boris took the time to explain the options and pricing. I called two weeks before job date to change my options and Boris reduced the price accordingly. Kam and his crew did an excellent job installing the furnace and a/c. They were professional, polite, courteous, and kept the job site clean. An average household does not replace furnace or a/c very often—may be once every 15-20 years. A way of bringing repeat business to Cozy World is to introduce friends and relatives to Cozy World.
