Following installation of new quartz countertops, I discovered that several kitchen outlets would need to be moved in order for the backsplash to be installed. I contacted Hadi as he was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, it turned out that my entire kitchen needed to be re-wired as it was not up to code. Fortunately, Hadi and his team did a wonderful job of re-wiring and re-positioning the outlets with minimal damage to drywall and tile. I was particularly concerned about potential damage to the tile and was delighted with the result (see photo) which left the tile intact. Many thanks to Hadi and his team for doing a great job!

Upon embarking on a project to change my kitchen countertop, sink and faucet I knew I needed to consult a plumber to discuss whether a new deeper sink would be feasible without having to do major revisions to the plumbing. After some research on Google I also discovered that the existing plumbing was not to code and was unsure how to proceed. A friend recommended Gus. I was able to get an opinion from Gus on what needed to be done by sending him photos and talking to him over the phone which gave me the confidence to go forward with the project. He also coached me on how to disconnect the faucet, dishwasher and remove part of the existing plumbing myself prior to the installation of the new sink and countertop (saving me $$ from having to call him to do it). He then came the day after to revise the plumbing to fit the new sink and bring it to code. Thank you for the amazing service!

Working with Thomas and his team was a very positive experience. The main projects were a new fence, stairs and landing as well as a bathroom gut job. In addition we also had drywalling done and installation of storage solutions. What I appreciated most was the communication between myself and Thomas throughout the months when the work took place. As a homeowner this is usually the most frustrating part of working with tradespeople but he made a concerted effort to respond and answer my questions in a timely manner. He and his team were reliable, professional and great to work with. The work was completed on time and on budget and we were very happy with the results.

We had minor water issues in our basement for several years and finally this summer we decided to address the problem. MMT had been recommended to me several years ago by an acquaintance who was very happy with the work completed on his home. Mario was very patient in explaining our options for waterproofing and answered my questions when I called back with questions...I also appreciated that his written quote (provided on the spot) included a diagram of the proposed work. Another company that also provided a quote failed to include such detail which made it difficult for us to recall exactly what was agreed to after the fact. This makes a difference because the cost of waterproofing is based on perimeter. In the end we choose an internal solution as we live in a row house with a back addition making it difficult to do external waterproofing. Overall we are happy with the work and the basement has been dry even with all the rain we have had between late July (when the job was completed) and now. When dealing with trades, it is often difficult to find honest, reliable, responsive individuals and so we were really glad to work with Mario/Robert's team. For example, during the job, our laundry sink was damaged and Robert came back to replace it as he said he would. I have and will continue to recommend MMT to friends and family.
