We received excellent service from Chris at Westside Pest Control. He has been to our home on several occasions recently to deal with a persistent rat problem in the attic. Even though the job can be unpleasant, and even dangerous (we have a very steep roof), every time he has been prompt, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also thoroughly inspected our roof, took photos to show us the problem spots and patched areas where the rats may have gained entry into the attic. Further, we really appreciate that he was able to accomodate us by arriving at the ungodly hour of 7:00am. Thanks to Chris for doing what our lazy cats refused to do!
