I was given B.J.'s number as a reference from a restoration Company that specializes in Insurance Claims, this was not a claim I just wanted a reference to a Company as I had water damage from the recent big rain storm, I received a quote from Tyler at B.J. for tuckpointing,sealing, and some replacement bricks that was priced fairly for the job. I had quotes from others that were all over the spectrum. B.J. came and did a great job, everyday on time, for a reasonable price. if you have an older home,ours is over one hundred years old, then you will need tuckpointing at some stage. I recommend this Company for a great job at a fair price.

this the second time and now after giving them a chance after the first poor service, (work charged for and not done) will be the last. Received a quote recently for cleaning and repair of a downspout-important work of repair needed on time as other contractors waiting. Anway, two sub-contractors sent by David, (after having assured me that he didn't use sub's., only employees ) turned up with no knowledge of the downspout needing repair. When they contacted Streakfree were told "It was a misunderstanding" despite confirming the job, on the phone several times. Streak Free, Stay Clear!

We called three companies to provide us with a quote for a high effiency furnace, we settled with Boris at Cozy World. It wasn't just the reviews we had read on Homestars, it helped that we received a great quote, helpful advice and a great price, which included Air Conditioning. At the time we hadn't thought to include Air thinking we coudn't afford it. Cozy world did a fantastic job, same day with very little inconvenience to my wife whom runs a home daycare. Out with the Old in with the New! site was cleaned up and left immaculate with the new Furnace working like a dream. So many things can go wrong with contractors, not with the Guys at cozy world. Completely satisfied with product and service from Cozy world. Special mention to Fred. Thanks a million!

We contracted Victor to build a first and second floor porch/deck. His work was outstanding. and the result was a quality finish on time and on budget-no nickel and dime scrimping on materials and no "No Shows". So much so that we had him back to create a third floor walkout deck at the back of our house. We couldn't be more satisfied and appreciative of the work and creative input from Victor. This is a Carpenter that cares about his trade and his reputation. Victor Rocks!
