Hossein and the two gentlemen that helped him truly lived by their names = "Potlight Expert". They were very polite, professional, punctual, thorough, meticulous, clean, and quick with regards to the installation. They installed numerous potlights on the main level and basement as well as light fixtures in each bedroom upstairs. They made sure that the positioning and alignment of the lights were perfect and to my liking. The cost was very reasonable and their service was superb! The potlights look AWESOME! We are repeat customers as we had Paul do some work at our previous house (we are his 4th review). This alone says a lot. We echo every review made here on Homestars about Paul Falco and his great team of guys! To sum it up, Paul is HONEST, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, REPUTABLE, PUNCTUAL, ACCOMMODATING, FAIR, and last but not least provides TOP QUALITY WORK. The new sod, interlocking, and steps look beautiful. We even had a last minute change nearing the end of the project and Paul was understanding and accommodated our request without any fuss. His goal was to make us happy and in the end, we were extremely happy. Once again, Paul and his team did a fantastic job! At first I was skeptical of all of these good reviews. It seemed too good to be true, but now I understand why. Flavio is an honest business man. The price he quoted me was the price that he honoured. There were no hidden costs. It was also by far the best price compared to other companies that quoted me. Flavio provided top quality service from his quick and prompt e-mail replies to Doug's great work with the installation. They were both puntual, polite, and professional. My wife and I are very happy with their work! The shutters look awesome. Go with Flavio and you can't go wrong. We would recommend him to anyone.
