Our fridge was acting up for a few weeks. Sometimes it would work fine and other times it would not cool at all. We were going to get a new fridge, but a new counter-depth fridge was out of our budget. So we thought we could have someone look at it first. We hired The Appliance Guys after reading reviews from Homestars and we were very happy with him. He was upfront with us, letting us know there might not be much he can do, due to the brand of fridge we had. If there are parts to replace, it would be cheaper to get a new fridge then to repair it. he came to our house and inspected our fridge. Thank goodness we didn't have to replace any parts (it was just really dirty) and he even clean the compressor for us!

We needed a fence across our pool. Our criteria was that it had to be safe, reasonably priced and modern looking. We found Guardian pool fence through Home Stars and Robert was very nice to deal with. The initial phone consultation was very informative and the price was fair. Once we were ready to install, he came on time and did an excellent job. The only disappointment I had was that I wish the fencing in other colours was more affordable...but in the end, we are happy with what we got.

I got a prompt reply (within 12 hrs)from Michael regarding the leak, he explained the process and the fee. Arthur came the next day to fix the problem! Arthur was friendly, polite and knows his stuff. The before and after pictures from the report let me know exactly what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone! Oh yeah, Trish from the customer service was very kind as well.
