Mark and his crew were nothing but top notch from start to finish. Right from our very first meeting Mark was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We weren't sure which colour of carpet to go with, but Mark was right there to offer up his suggestions utilizing his vast experience with quality and colour based on our family dynamic and lifestyle (kids/pets/traffic/etc). He suggested options, without coming across as the normal "pushy salesman" we all hate. Communication was fantastic throughout, to a point where Mark was even reaching out to me with reminders to keep the project moving along. Install day came and went with ease. The installer was very professional and polite, and was able to motor through our job in a matter of hours. The finished product looks & feels great! To top it all off, Mark called me immediately after I paid my invoice to tell me that I accidentally overpaid (he had quoted labour for tear-out and removal of our existing carpet, but I had done that myself) and he was issuing a refund to that amount immediately. What other contractor would pick up on that so quickly and have the integrity to refund the money back!?! I will continue to use Victorious Carpet and recommend them for any carpeting projects moving forward!

Final Finish is one of the best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Mark's professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and I couldn't have done what I did without him. I wish so much that he still lived in our area, as his quality and service can't be beat!

I have never met a more friendly and knowledgeable plumber than Edriss. He has helped with our new Reno on 2 separate occasions, both in less than 24 hours! They even came out a third time at 12:30 AM, when our main water valve started leaking. Even though it was the middle of the night he had the same bright smile and pleasant attitude, and fixed the leak in 15 minutes. Can’t say enough about these guys!!

Andy did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier. What I loved most was how quickly the work was done. We had Andy in for a quote and the work commenced two days later!! After the work was done on our main floor and upstair, we decided to bring back Andy for our basement. This time Andy was back THE NEXT DAY to complete the basement. Thanks Andy!
