Fred & his crew arrived right on time, walked through our home with us and gave us an exact idea of what needed to be done to our carpets. They got right to work and in a professional and courteous manner, in no time at all, got our 12 year old carpets cleaned better than ever anticipated. We couldn't be more happy with the job they did. They were efficient and detail oriented. We will highly recommend Soft Surfaces to friends and family. You will never meet a nicer guy than Fred!!
