Overall, VERY happy with their work. Neil and Joe were very professional and nice to deal with. Crew was punctual (as I happened to be home when the work was being done) and they took the time to explain what was being done as they went along. I would HIGHLY reccomend Kelly's.
Installed 3 windows and a door
EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! Ambia installed 3 new windows and a front door at my house back in 2009. Everything went perfectly smooth. Was very happy with the work. Five years later, I had was having minor problems with two of the windows. Called Tony and he dispatched someone to make the minor repairs in a reasonable amount of time. A super-great company! I live in a semi-detached house (built in the 30’s), moved in last October (2008). Had the front door replaced, along with 3 windows (one in each of the two upstairs kid’s bedrooms, and one in a hallway at the top of the stairs). Had wicked cold-air drafts blowing through all four of these last winter…hence the need for replacements. After the work was done (late Nov. 09), I tuned on the heat (set 2 degrees lower than usual, and the entire house felt the warmest it’s ever been. Yes, it’s no surprise a new door/windows will do that, but I’m also very happy with the work they did to accomplish this. The Ambia guys were super-nice, showed-up when they said they would, and finished the job in one day, as promised. Got a follow-up phone call from the boss later that night to see if everything went well…and indeed it had. Honestly, the best contractor experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!!!
