An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Air one came to tune-up our furnace. The CO levels were too high, so we are having a new furnace and A/C installed. The technician was very nice. The salesman was also very nice. We are happy they could respond so quickly after having to turn the furnace off. Very pleased with everything so far.

If the Carbon Monoxide levels are above the allowed limits we will always shut a furnace down, because we prefer having an upset and safe customer rather than having a customer getting hurt.
