Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The property and buildings are very clean and well maintained. The manager and staff are very pleasant and provide great customer service. I would recommend this self-storage company to any friends who ask.
We received two very well thought out presentations from Rob who answered all questions satisfactorily and arranged for immediate installation. Ian and Jeff completed the installation over 1.5 days in a competent professional manner. They were punctual, careful, addressed all specific concerns and cleaned up the site after installation very well. Ian answered all questions on the operation of all components to our satisfaction and salvaged components for the ReStore (Habitat for Humanity). We are interested in arranging a maintenance plan with Reliance based on our experience with the three Reliance staff noted above.
