My high efficiency furnace is now 4 years old and running like new thanks to the service provided by Cosmopolitan and their very capable technician - Hasan Athen. On all visits he calls ahead, is punctual and very thorough when performing all tasks. He explains the problems encountered with solutions that I can understand. He skill and knowledge level is top notch and if a problem persists, he follows up until the issue is resolved. It is a pleasure to have such a professional come to my home. From an initial meeting with the President of the company to the clean up crew, Cosmopolitan personnel were exceptional in the manner that business was conducted. The removal and installation was carried out as promised; an early morning arrival of the team meant completion of the job by the afternoon. The work went smoothly with a minimum of fuss and interruption. When a problem did arise, one call and an engineer was on site immediately. I now enjoy a furnace that is "whisper" quiet.
