We recently had the privilege to work with Enrique and Professional Tree Services. I must express my complete satisfaction and admiration for the exceptional quality of service they provide. From the get-go, it was evident that Enrique and his team were craftsmen. Each cut, each prune, each trim, was executed with precision and care. It was great to see such an elegant blend of professionalism and creativity in his work. Beyond the incredible display of skill, what made this service standout was Enrique's exceptional communication skills. Throughout the project, he maintained clear and constant communication, making sure we were always on the same page regarding the work being done. His ability to listen, understand, and execute based on my needs was truly commendable. Enrique and his team were responsible, respectful, and worked harmoniously to achieve the desired outcome. Each team member knew their role and carried it out with diligence, contributing to an efficient and effective service. When all was said and done, the result was exceptional. Enrique came highly recommended by our next door neighbour who has been using his services for years. He began working on our trees and garden last year and he exceeded our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and very professional. He gives thoughtful and honest advice when recommending tree pruning/trimming, and has the customer's best interest at heart. Last year he pruned all our trees in the front and backyard, and cut down a tall tree growing into our house, and it all looked great. We were so happy that we called him back this year and he recommended that we could defer the trimming given that it still looked nice. He then did some complementary pruning of a tree before he left. Honest, experienced and professional. We highly recommend Enrique and his team.
