My LG fridge (2 years old) suddenly stopped to work so I made a service call to Southland Crossing TV as it was recommended by LG customer service; the technician showed up and decided to replace the PCB Main and after a week came back with the new part, replaced it and left saying that now is all OK without performing any verification. The fridge was still not cooling or freezing, I called again the technician and he found now that the compressor has to be replaced (about $900 cost for repairs). I decided to do not waste more money on this LG brand and asked Southland Crossing TV to be refunded the amount I paid less the service call. After few phone calls and many emails I got a refund only for the part (about $110). I do not consider fair to be charged for the labor I did not used and for the incompetence of the technician who was not able to find the root cause of the problem not even after the second visit.
