Contacted them in March 2014, got quote and agreed to work. Fabric ordered supposedly on sale (1/2 price). Time frame was to be 4 weeks, took twice as long. Made several calls and got several excuses why it was late. When furniture returned was a mess.. wrinkles,uneven seams , piping miss done ect. complained to David at that time he promised to fix. In Nov. they picked up first piece to be repaired, was told it would take a week, took four weeks(more unanswered calls and excuses). finally drove to shop to get answers chair was there and " ready" could not see that any work had been done. Complained again and he became rude and said too bad and refused to fix rest of furniture, and refused to refund any money. Unfortunately paid in full. May be forced to take legal action.
