I have used Joyce heating for my previous and current home and am very satisfied with their work. We had our fan replace and is was done well. In my previous home we needed a small repair during cold times and they made it a priority to make sure we had heat. Services were also done in a good manner. I recommend to call them, but they can be busy.

This is about 3 years ago and was a nightmare, i was quoted 400 and then later called that it would be 500 and then was presented with a 2300 dollar bill. On request the Hillcrest rep came by to explain the bill and was unreasonable, read here why: He said they started at 8, but they did not show up until 9:30 and they were 10 minutes walk from me at that time. Then explained they always charge 30 min driving where ever you are and had to load the van. They had a second guy come who they said started before 10 but the contractor on site saw him arrive at 11:30. They said they left at 5, but the contractor saw them leave at 3. I was threatened to have an city inspector come who would then disqualify all my gas pipes and that I would then have even greater cost. I paid and talked to many people about them in the past 3 years and heard not 1 person who had any positive experience with them, but did talk to at least 4 other people who personally had negative experience with them, 2 of them being similar to mine in level of not being professional. We then always wonder how they can stay in business by doing the work the way they do.

Vanglo really listened and understood what I wanted, they were thinking with me and found solutions where needed. With any unexpected situations they kept me up to date and provided me with options and clear estimates. No surprises and great workmanship. Cleaned up after themselves. No half done jobs or work, all done to completion. And done amazingly well.

Very in depth 1 full day inspection and exceptional detailed report that we have used the past years as guide to maintain our house. The report was specific to our home and not a standard form. THE Home Inspection has come by during the past years to give advice when we asked and at no extra cost and this has saved us from improper work by contractors. When talking to friends, we have not found any other who has had service like this. We have saved a lot of money with having this home inspector and the report. I was worth the money, over and over again. Do not accept less.
