Replaced two windows in one room. The salesman for the company came in and was very professional. He measured, gave us the quote and waited for us to decide. No pressure, no fuss, just honest and fair. Very different from all the other people. He was even willing to hold the price for us if we didn't want to make a decision right there. It was like a friend helping us out. The product is outstanding. Fit and finish is something that you look for in a window and these did not disappoint. Our installer put down drop cloths and cleaned up after himself. His efficient work went without a hitch. He explained everything that I asked and did not come across as bothered by the questions. Great product, fantastic service and price. How could you go wrong?
