It was mid-summer and it became clear that we had a carpenter ant infestation. Westside Pest Control interviewed me regarding activity, completed a thorough inspection of our property and explained ant behaviours and showed me areas of primary concern and how they intended to approach the problem, the nature of the products to be used and any potential toxicities associated which were in fact trivial. I was impressed by the courtesy shown and their professionalism which was clearly apparent and which is based on depth of knowledge and experience. This I felt confident in and consequently I was happy for them to go ahead with the project. The fee for their service was quite frankly in my mind a bargain given the level of expertise displayed throughout. I will invite them to review our property again this spring. I give them an unconditional two thumbs way up! Excellence in the home services field in pest management.
