I had just recently installed a new high efficiency furnace from another company that a friend recommended, without doing any research of my own (big mistake!!)As fate would have it, it was the dead of winter and my furnace would not turn over. I have two infant children and the house temperature had dropped to 58 degrees F. I couldn't reach the original installer and my messages were not being returned. At approixmately 11:00pm on a Saturday night, I called an after hours emergency number for Rheem/Rhuud products. They immediately recommended Richard from CoreTemp Heating and Air. I called the number and was fortunate enough to speak directly with Richard. I instantly felt that Richard was the consummate professional. He patiently took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting process, step by step, until the problem was identified and resolved. The rest is history. I have since had CoreTemp install a new air conditioning unit and hepa air filter system in my home. CoreTemp's service has been top notch! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone who requires expertise in heating and cooling at a reasonable price. Respectfully, David

I am writing this review to convey my satisfaction and sincere thanks to Richard from CoreTemp Heating and Air. Late in the evening, on a recent Saturday evening during an extreme cold spell, my new furnace system would not ignite. I was unable to contact the gentleman who installed my system. After several frantic phone calls to local HVAC dealers, I was referred to Richard from CoreTemp. Richard patiently walked me through each and every step of the troubleshooting process until the problem was remedied. Not only did Richard unselfishly give his time and expertise in ensuring that my 4 year old and 2 year old daughters slept warm that night, but he also followed up the next day on his own accord to ensure that the system was still operating as required.
