An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Excellent experience! We had all of our windows and the front door replaced by Windowtech and we are very satisfied. The whole process was very simple and straightforward. The representative that came to our house to give us the quote, Leon, was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered our questions very thoroughly and helped us decide which options were best suited for our home. Unlike other representatives that visited our house, we did not feel pressured whatsoever to make our decision on the spot. Leon gave us the quote and told us to take our time to decide.
