Giving the client a window of four hours to wait for service is ridiculous as it does not respect the client's time. They should notify the client as to what position within the four hour period their visit falls. If you work from home and are occupied on the telephone the technician will not wait, and that was clearly stated when the appointment was booked.

Dan is an extremely good worker. He maintains a clean workspace, ensures the home disruption is kept to a minimum and completes the task on or before the deadline. He goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction providing suggestions along the way to better enhance the living space. His eye for detail allows for even the most critical to find no imperfections. After hiring Dan several years ago to do some painting we brought him back to remove a wall and his work on both occassions was exceptional. I would and have recommended him to friends and neighbours.
New windows and one outside door
Tony provided excellent pre-purchase service. He was understanding and patient and appreciated the time involved in spending this amount of money as he was aware we were looking at other businesses. The only negative was the post-installation service. There is a minor issue with the kitchen window and five months after installation we have heard from them once but nobody has come by. I do not know how their service would be if the issue was much greater.
