Mike Bellehumeur came within 1/2 an hour of the call, called me to let me know he was on the way and quickly was able to asses the situation and provide a quote and how long it would take. He was professional, polite and provided amazing service. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter for any needs in the Durham. Great job, turned an unfortunate need into a great experience. Thanks Mike, appreciate the effort!
