Andres did 2 of my showers over the past 2 days and I am absolutely blown away! He is so professional, so nice, so hard working and SOOO good at what he does! Both showers literally look like new! Our experience with Optima was great start to finish. Chris came to our home and sat with us for close to 2 hours. He covered every detail of production, installation and pricing. He had brought along a sample window to demonstrate insulation properties of the Vinyl Pro Windows and we were shocked at the difference. It kind of sealed the deal for us. The Optima installation crew were punctual, highly skilled, and very hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend Optima to anyone wanting to replace their windows. We are beyond thrilled with the beauty and functionality of our new windows.

Nick, Peter and Dimitri were very professional and cordial. They came and gave me a quote the day after I emailed them which impressed me to begin with since so many contractors keep you waiting. They were on-time and worked hard everyday they were here. Stucco removal is a very messy job and I had my concerns, but they reassured me that they would cover my flooring, all the walls and place drop sheets on the carpeted stairs and they did. I am really happy with the final results. They did a great job and space looks bigger and so much brighter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
