Over the years and in various homes we have had the opportunity to work with a good number of contractors. We look for contractors that can work with our budget, can give us a start and end time frame for the project as well as being able to provide a comprehensive and complete scope of work document that outlines the job in detail. After having four contractors in to provide quotes on the job we went with Royal Impressions to do the work because they met all of these expectations. Jonathan & Roy were fantastic people to work with. Professional: Jonathan was visible throughout the project, on site daily to monitor and supervise. He followed up with progress reports as the work was underway. We felt comfortable that there would be no surprises. Each day the work area was left clean and tidy. We often work from home and had no issues with noise, interruptions or leaving the house dirty at the end of the day. Reliable: The team provided us with a schedule regarding the plan for the work that day and when we could expect other team members that we may not have met yet. They started and finished each day as scheduled and provided us with many opportunities to ask questions or provide feedback as needed. Problem Solvers: The team uncovered a hole and a leak in the outside wall of the basement. They came to us right away and we were able to resolve the issue together. Because of the care in their work they saved my family from a foundation issue in the future. We were able to catch the problem and fix it quickly. We were able to take preventative measures that saved us money and future disruption thanks to jonathan and his team. The basement itself is finished beautifully and is exactly what we wanted. We will be calling Royal Imrpessions for any future renovations we have in our home.
