He came to assess the work, listened attentively to what I wanted to achieve and then made some creative and cost-effective recommendations, which I chose. He provided a detailed service agreement and his quote was not the cheapest, but reasonable and accurate. He dedicated his time daily at the job site to ensure work was perfect. They were punctual; every day and kept me well informed on how they were progressing. They were neat and tidy and they finished within an impressive timeframe.
