Aprilaire humidifier installion. The unit if great but the service from McKinnon was Zero stars. I should have listened to the other reviews on Home star. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were advertised on CityTV etc. The installer was not helpful and wasn't personable. Very indifferent with explaining the function and features of unit. After install there was an error light that went on. I tried contacting Micheal the owner and he was rude and condescending. Brushed me off. I agree with people who gave zero stars. Thumbs down.
