Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

After my youngest broke our kitchen sink cold waterline it didn't take long for our entire 1st floor and basement to be completely ruined. Luckily the insurance people took care of everything. While taking quotes from several firms we discovered Jerson and his father Orlando at Estezo Estates. We liked that it was a family oriented company with lots of interior experience. The job went smoothly and Jerson took the time to go through all the steps with us. He even took us shopping! They made it easy for us to give them our input and make changes as needed. Best of all they swallowed the cost of our deductible. Thanks guys you did a great job. You'll always have us in your corner.

Approximate cost of services:
$66,900.00
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
The best way to hire Estezo Estates is if they can match 3 other top homestar contractor quotations.

Company Response

Sometimes what may seem as a dissaster at first can end up being a blessing in disguise. Of all the types of insurance you can get I think home insurance is the least expensive and sometimes the payout can be many times over the amount put in. With car insurance lots of us end up paying the value of our car or more and whenever we make a claim we tend to get less then hoped for. Home insurance is definately an investment.
